Question: Why should I use vi360 photography over other photographers?
VI360 photography offers the latest in HDR technology using professional equipment including DSLR cameras, wide angle lenses and extensive pro processing software. I do not take short cuts in processing, each photograph is individually reviewed for correct colour, editing and lighting to ensure that you are provided with the best Fusion HDr pictures offering a true view of the property. You will then receive web and print-ready photos in medium and high resolutions.
Question: How do I book an appointment?
Call, email or go to the contact page and fill in the required information with your preferred appointment date and time. You will be contacted as soon as possible to confirm your appointment.
Question: What if I don't want all the pictures?
You only pay for the pictures that you want. You will have a chance to preview all the photos taken, choose your favourites, then choose the package that best suits your needs. I need to know approximately how many photos you would like before the shoot. Preview online in the Gallery.
Question: What method of payments do you accept?
Check, cash, and online payments with Paypal.
Do I need to prepare for the photo shoot?
Most importantly, clear away all of the clutter... clean off the fridge... hide all pet and
child toys, family pictures etc. and open up rooms by taking out some furniture.
How do I get my pictures?
Your medium resolution pictures will be sent that night by email or in your Gallery for review.
The high resolution photos can be downloaded from your gallery or sent on disc.
How long will vi360 keep my pictures?
A disc of all photos and tours are stored for 5 years. Tours online stay for 12 months unless renewed.
Question: Can I have a photo only shoot?
Answer: Yes, half of my shoots are photo only without a tour. Same price.
Question: Can I have a virtual tour added to my photo shoot?
Answer: Yes, virtual tours are No additional charge.
And you get all of the regular tour services including realtor.com/MLS posting.
Question: What is the average total cost?
Answer: Most situations are best represented in 15 to 25 photos. So the
typical cost will be the base price of $150, plus 10 photos for a total cost
of $150 - $225 . That includes everything, high/low res photos and tour if desired.
ALL photos are magazine quality, Fusion HDr photos... ''quality is not cheap".
Question: How do I access my client portal?
Answer: New Client Portal access;
Your ID is your main phone number (no "-" hyphens) (with or without area code)
Then add your state like: "CA" California
(If one phone number does not work try your other number)
Question: How quickly will my tours be online?
Answer: Virtual Tours are typically processed within 12 to 24 hours of being photographed. There may be a delay if your tour is shot over a weekend.
Question: Are your tours MLS compliant?
Answer: Yes. I offer multiple viewing formats for each virtual tour. The different formats are viewable by clicking on unique links that I email to you. Each type of tour has a varying degree of feature restriction so as to allow you to use the tour with the most features while still while meeting the requirements of your local MLS. You get both BRANDED and UN-BRANDED links!
Question: When will my virtual tours expire?
Answer: Your virtual tours will each expire after a 12 months period of time. Each virtual tour can be renewed for $30 on an annual basis.
Question: How many scenes can be included in each tour?
Answer: The tour window supports 35 photos plus up to 7 full 360, if ordered.
20 photos and 5 panoramas for the older design tour.
Question: Can more photos be ordered beyond the basic 15?
Answer: Yes, it is possible to exceed the 15 photo base. Please determine how many photos you desire before the shoot. Additional 10 photos is $75 and are full Fusion HDr quality, photos.
Question: Is there a minimum number of photos per property size?
Answer: Yes, homes over 2750 sqft require a min of 30 photos; estates and commercial properties require a min of 2 hour shoot. There is just no way to properly represent these properties with anything less.
Question: Can I change the skin and text colors of my tour windows?
Answer: Yes. You can choose any color you wish for the skin and text colors of your tour windows from within your client portal.
Question: If I change my company or contact information, do I have to recreate my tours?
Answer: No. If you change your contact information, you simply need to let me know and I will update the changes in your online profile. All of your tours will automatically update and the existing links to the tours will remain the same.
Question: Can I place a link to school reports and city information on my tours?
Answer: Yes. You have both a link to school reports as well as a link to city information on each of your tours. Also, a link to a map of the property is automatically generated.
Question: Can I place a floor plan on my tour?
Answer: Yes. You can add a floor plan image a separate feature button next to the view screen on the tour window or you can include a floor plan as one of your images within the view screen on the tour window at an extra charge.
Question: Can I include a printable flyer on my tour?
Answer: You have several flyer designs to choose from in your client portal. they can be printed or sent by email. No additional charge.
Question: Where do you link the tours out to?
Answer: We will supply you with the links to your virtual tours so that you can place them onto your website and Realtor websites. If the virtual tour is a real estate tour, it is automatically sent to Homes.com, Homeseekers.com at no additional charge as long as the MLS sends their listings to those sites. PicturePath is available for NO additional fee which pushes the virtual tour to Realtor.com, Homestore.com, Aol.com, and MSN.com. Social network linking also avaliable. Branded and un-branded are sent where required.
